Weight  = 110.4kg/ 243.4 Pounds/ 17st 5.4lb

Body Mass Index  = 36.1

Body Fat  = 34.8%

Smoking  = 8-9g Tobacco a day - approx 15-20 cigarettes (hand rolled)

Last Weeks 

Weight  =  0.7kg/ 1.6 Pounds/ 0st 1.6lb more

Body Mass Index = 0.2 more

Body Fat = 1.6% more



First Weeks

Weight = 2.9kg/ 6.4 Pounds/ 0st 6.4Ib less

Body Mass Index = 1.1 less

Body Fat = 0.8% less


Feeling -

Surprised to be honest, I thought I would have done more damage than that. Fair enough I'm heavier than I was last week but I'm still better off overall than I was when I started :)

Hopefully if I introduce some different exercises to help compensate for my knee being buggered until it gets better and also watch what I eat again (bad Dazz didn't really bother last week) then I might show some real improvement by the start of week 4.

Here's hoping anyway :)
