0940 - Cup of Coffee (1) (1 Sugar, Semi-Skimmed Milk)

1010 - Shower

1100 - Went out to Kirkcauldy (Cig 4)

1200 - Cig 5

1400 - Lunch - Restaurant/Pub -

  • 16oz Mixed Grill (Included)-
  • 1 Small Sirloin Steak
  • 1 Small Lamb Chop
  • 1 Small Pork Chop
  • 1 Small Piece of Gammon
  • 1 Sausage
  • 1 Fried Egg (Soft)
  • 1 Grilled Mushroom
  • 1 Grilled Tomato
  • 8 Garlic Mushrooms in Breadcrumb 
  • 1 Pint of Carling

Feeling -

Pretty bad today, my knee's been in constant pain and I can't really walk very well. Even bought a walking stick to try and help :(

Didn't really stick to my eating plan at all today much like the rest of the week. I should really go to the Doctors if my knee's as bad tomorrow but I will see.

Think I'm going to write this week off because I cannot possibly see how I could lose anything and think I may have gained weight since last week with being unable to exercise for much of the week and also eating pretty much what the hell I like.
We shall see tomorrow what the stats say and then start doing some gentle exercise and watching what I eat a bit more.
