Day Two - Thursday 7th October 2010



Diary - 

0500 - Got Up

0505 - Cig 1

0515 - Jogging for 15 minutes (Jogging till panting then walking.....rinse and repeat)

0535 - Glass of water

0540 - Cup of Coffee (1) (3 Sugars, Semi-Skimmed Milk) (Cig 2)

0550 - Breakfast -
  • 1 Grape Fruit
  • 3 Crumpets with a little Flora Light Spread and a little Marmite 
  • 1 Boiled Egg
  • 1 Glass of Semi-Skimmed Milk

0625 - Cig 3

0710 - Cig 4

0725 - 6 Press Ups, 6 Sit Ups

0730 - Cup of Coffee (2) (2 Sugars, Semi-Skimmed Milk) (Cig 5)

0755 - Shower

0840 - Cup of Coffee (3) (2 Sugars, Semi-Skimmed Milk) (Cig 6)

0940 - Small Toasted Tea Cake with a little Flora Light Spread and a glass of water

1020 - Cig 7

1130 - Cig 8

1145 - Out to walk around town centre for some shopping (cig 9)

1300 - Lunch
  • Subway - Turkey and Ham foot long with all salad (except olives) and Honey Mustard Sauce (no cheese)
  • Small Bottle of Water

1330 - Cig 10

1425 - Cig 11

1550 - Cup of Coffee (4) (2 Sugars, Semi-Skimmed Milk) (Cig 12)

1625 - 1 Nectarine

1635 - Nap time again! (Cig 13)

1930 - Cig 14

2015 - Cup of Coffee (5) (2 Sugars, Semi-Skimmed Milk)

2025 - Cig 15

2055 - Cig 16

2120 - Dinner -
  • 6 Small Sausages in a little sausage casserole sauce
  • 2 Serving spoons of Mashed Potatoes (made with a little Flora Light and Semi-Skimmed Milk)
  • 1 bag of Steam Fresh Vegetables
  • A little Gravy on Mashed Potatoes and Mustard
  • 1 Glass of Coke Zero

2145 - Cig 17

2215 - Cig 18

2300 - Cig 19

0300 - Woke up (inexplicably) had small packet of Walkers Light crisps and a two finger KitKat (Cig 20)

Feeling - 

Again not to bad, pleased I've cut down my sugar in my coffee's to two instead of three and also that I've been able to stick to less cigarettes.
My fitness level is still getting me down because I am totally shocked that I can't even jog for 15 minutes constantly especially when I used to be really fit (about 10 years ago in my 20's)
