Day One - Wednesday 6th October 2010



Diary - 

0500 - Get Up (Cig 1)

0515 - Jogging for 15 minutes (this is kind of on/off jogging, jog as long as I can then walk until I get my breath back then jogging again)

0535 - Glass of Water (Cig 2)

0545 - Breakfast -
  • 2 Shredded Wheat with a splash of Semi-Skimmed Milk
  • 1 Cup of Coffee (1) (3 Sugars and Semi-Skimmed Milk)
  • 1 Banana
0600 - Cig 3

0605 - 5 Press Ups, 5 Sit Ups

0615 - Glass of Water (Cig 4)

0700 - Cig 5

0730 - Cup of Coffee (2) (3 Sugars, Semi-Skimmed Milk) (Cig 6)

0745 - Shower

0820 - Cup of Coffee (3)(3 Sugars, Semi-Skimmed Milk) (Cig 7)

0855 - Cig 8

0940 - Cup of Coffee (4)(3 Sugars, Semi-Skimmed Milk) (Cig 9)

1033 - Went out to Asda (Cig 9)

1300 - Cig 10

1340 - Cup of Coffee (5) (3 Sugars and Semi-Skimmed Milk)
Lunch - Asda Chicken Salad Sandwich 30% Less Fat (Cig 11)

1425 - Cig 12

1540 - Small Packet of Sweet Chilli Snack A Jacks

1550 - Cup of Coffee (6) (3 Sugars, Semi-Skimmed Milk) (Cig 13)

1630 - Glass of Water

1640 - Cig 14

1700 - Went for Nap (what do you expect! I was up at 5am and this is the first day, I'm knackered)

1930 - Back Up (Cig 15)

2000 - Cup of Coffee (7) (3 Sugars, Semi-Skimmed Milk)

2010 - Cig 16

2020 - Glass of Water

2050 - Glass of Water (Cig 17)

2120 - Dinner -
  • 2 Chicken Kiev's with Peppercorn Sauce
  • 1 Small Bag of Salad with a little Oil Free Honey Mustard Dressing
  • 1 Small Pro-biotic Low Fat Peach Yoghurt
  • 1 Small pot of Pineapple chunks in fruit juice

2140 - Cig 18

2200 - Cig 19

2230 - Small bag of Caramel Snack A Jacks

2250 - Cig 20

0200 - Slipped up - Woke up and ate a regular sized bar of Aero chocolate :( (Cig 21)


Feeling -

Not to bad, bit miffed at 0200 slip up because I had prepared alternative snacks in case I woke up but couldn't find them half asleep. A little bit surprised at the cigarette number because I usually smoke about 30 a day (roll ups) so even at 21 I've managed to cut down a little bit and also my other major vice which is Coffee, I didn't do to bad with only 7 because I usually drink that much before lunch lol.
