Day Twelve - Sunday 17th October 2010



Diary -

1200 - Woke Up (Lazy Bastard, must have been from staying up til 0430 lol)

1210 - Cup of Coffee (1) (1 Sugar, Semi-Skimmed Milk)

1240 - Shower

1300 - Cup of Coffee (2) (1 Sugar, Semi-Skimmed Milk) (Cig 2)

1315 - Breakfast (erm a very late Breakfast) -
  • 2 Slices of Wholemeal Toast with a little Flora Light and Marmite
1335 - Cig  3

1400 - 1 Pint Glass of Mixed Fruit Juice

1420 - Went Shopping (Cig 4)

1530 - Cig 5

1650 - Cig 6

1835 - Cig 7

1900 - Lunch -
  • Egg and Cress Sandwich and a bottle of water (500ml)

1940 - Cig 8

2020 - Cig 9

2030 - Dinner -
  • Chicken Vindaloo
  • Boiled Rice
  • Bombay Potatoes (Very Few)
  • 4 Popadoms
2100 - Cig 10

2145 - Cig 11

2200 - Cig 12

2330 - Sushi (about 12 rolls) with Wasabi, soy sauce and a little pickled ginger.

2350 - Cig 13

Feeling -

Don't actually feel to bad about today lol, slept late but I had a little bit of a hangover from the night before :) naughty Dazz. Really had to have the Sushi because it was reduced at ASDA due to going out of date, so was the Vindaloo which I enjoyed immensely (figured all the sweating from the spice would help burn off the calories hehe)
On a down note, my knee still appears to be buggered and giving me quite a lot of pain so it doesn't look like I'll be Jogging tomorrow either. I think though it should be OK for me to start cycling a bit on Tuesday and try to build up the strength to Jog again.
