0800 - Woke Up (Cig 1) (Knee buggered so resting today)

0820 - Shower

0840 - Cup of Coffee (1) (1 Sugar, Semi-Skimmed Milk)

0845 - Cig 2

0915 - Cig 3

0935 - Off to Perth (Cig 4)

1100 - Cig 5

1155 - Large Costas Latte (2) (1 Sugar) (Cig 6)

1245 - Cig 7

1330 - 1 Murray's Scotch Pie (Drained off as much grease as possible) (Cig 8)

1455 - Cig 9

1500 - 1 Can of Original Nourishment

1515 - Cup of Coffee (3) (1 Sugar, Semi-Skimmed Milk)

1610 - Cig 10

1800 - Cig 11

1825 - Cup of Coffee (4) (2 Sugars, Semi-Skimmed Milk) (Feeling a little stressed out)

1830 - Cig 12

Feeling -

A bit worried about my knee and also eating Murray's pies today, the are greasier than a mechanics bollocks lol. Ah well I'll just have to work harder once my knee's feeling up to it. From looking online (yeah I'm an amateur Doctor too :) it appears I have runners knee which is -
Definition: A softening or wearing away and cracking of the cartilage under the kneecap, resulting in pain and inflammation. The cartilage becomes like sandpaper because the kneecap is not riding smoothly over the knee.

So I'm going to rest it up a bit and see if it will sort itself and wear a knee support when I start Jogging again.
