0520 - Jogging for 15 minutes (on and off, hobbled home after knee gave out half way through)

- 2 Slices of Wholemeal Toast with a little Flora Light and Marmite
- 1 Banana
- 1 Glass of Tropicana Essentials Multi-Vitamin fruit juice
0620 - 1 Set + 3 Press Ups, 1 Set + 3 Sit Ups, 1 Set + 3 Kneeling Press Ups
0705 - Cig 4
0745 - Cup of Coffee (2) (1 Sugar, Semi-Skimmed Milk)
0750 - Cig 5
0800 - Shower
0830 - Cig 6

1015 - Cup of Coffee (3) (1 Sugar, Semi-Skimmed Milk)

Feeling -
Woke up feeling good and ready to Jog but after my knee gave out felt pretty crap and in pain. Don't think I'll be able to Jog tomorrow and will just rest my knee until it can hold my weight without hurting like hell, if its still bad on Saturday morning I will probably use my mountain bike to cycle for 20-30 minutes so I don't undo all the hard work so far. Also need to still look at my smoking and drinking water a bit more to see if I can cut down further on the smoking and up my intake of water instead of coffee and tea etc.
