0500 - Woke Up (Cig 1)

0505 - 1 Bottle of water (500ml)

0520 - Jogging for 15 minutes (Jogging, Walking, Jogging, Walking etc)

0540 - Cig 2

0550 - Breakfast -
  • 1 Glass of Orange Juice
  • 2 Shredded Wheat with a little Semi-Skimmed Milk
  • 1 Slice of Wholemeal Toast with a little Flora Light spread and Marmite
  • 1 Banana
0610 - Cup of Coffee (1) (1 Canderel, Semi-Skimmed Milk)

0615 - Cig 3

0655 - 11 Press Ups, 11 Sit Ups and 11 Kneeling Press Ups (added new)

0730 - Cig 4

0800 - Cup of Coffee (2)(1 Canderel, Semi-Skimmed Milk)

0815 - Cig 5

0820 - Shower

0855 - Cig 6

0915 - 1 Cup of Lift Lemon Tea (no extra sweeteners added)

0930 - Cig 7

  • 2 Small Multi-Seed baguette rolls with Tuna and Sweetcorn (no mayo or salad cream) and low fat Cottage Cheese.
  • Watercress, Spinach and Rocket Salad with the rest of the Tuna and Sweetcorn mix and a little oil free Honey Mustard Dressing.

Feeling -

Not to bad today, Coffee is still in target but could be drinking a lot more water. Have stopped using Canderel in favour of 1 sugar due to the Canderel making me pee a lot (really a lot). Smoked a little more today but I think that's mainly due to having a driving lesson, I'm still kinda nervous due to my previous instructor who was a bit of an asshole. My new one Louise is far better and I'm actually starting to look forward to my lessons and getting my License :)
I also still seem to be eating kind of late as well so I need to address that asap.
