0955 - Cup of Coffee (1)(1 Canderel, Semi-Skimmed Milk)

1025 - Cig 2

1105 - Cup of Coffee (2)(1 Canderel, Semi-Skimmed Milk)

1115 - Cig 3

1200 - Cig 4

1250 - 10 Press Ups, 10 Sit Ups

1255 - Cup of Coffee (3)(1 Canderel, Semi-Skimmed Milk)(Cig 5)

1320 - Cig 6

1330 - Shower

1355 - Lunch -
  • Small Bag of Salad with a little oil free Honey Mustard Dressing
  • 1 Apple
  • 1 Cup of Nettle and Sweet Fennel Tea (1 Canderel)
1450 - Cig 7

1500 - Walked into Town

1510 - Cig 8

1715 - Cig 9

1725 - 1 Tin of Vanilla Nourishment Energy Drink.

1835 - Cig 10

1900 - Cig 11

1955 - Small Pot of fruit pieces in fruit juice

2000 - Cup of Lemon Infusion tea (1 Canderel)

2020 - Dinner -
  • 3 Small pieces of fish florentine
  • 1 Small serving of sauerkraut
  • 1 box of salad with a little oil free Italian style dressing
  • 2 Small popadoms (Garlic and Coriander)
  • 1 Small Weight Watchers Chocolate Brownie

2145 - Pot of Onken Mango, Papaya and Passion Fruit Biopot yogurt (Because it was going out of date :)

Feeling -

Pissed again that I overslept, going to have to work on that. A louder alarm perhaps.
Quite pleased with the way the cutting down smoking is going, thinking maybe around Tuesday or Wednesday I will start with my patches and see if I can stop entirely. Also quite please that I've been able to reduce and then essentially rid my diet of sugar in favour of one Canderel  in my coffee's, which I've also been able to cut down to my goal of 3 per day (most days ;)) replacing the others with fruit tea's.

I have noticed from keeping this diary though just how late I seem to eat, I think I'll need to work on that because eating late is never good since the body stores it while you sleep. Also I could be drinking way more water, still far from my target of drinking 8 glasses a day.
