Feeling -
Pissed again that I overslept, going to have to work on that. A louder alarm perhaps.
Quite pleased with the way the cutting down smoking is going, thinking maybe around Tuesday or Wednesday I will start with my patches and see if I can stop entirely. Also quite please that I've been able to reduce and then essentially rid my diet of sugar in favour of one Canderel in my coffee's, which I've also been able to cut down to my goal of 3 per day (most days ;)) replacing the others with fruit tea's.
I have noticed from keeping this diary though just how late I seem to eat, I think I'll need to work on that because eating late is never good since the body stores it while you sleep. Also I could be drinking way more water, still far from my target of drinking 8 glasses a day.
