0500 - Woke Up (Cig 1)

0505 - Bottle of Water (500ml)

0520 - Jogging for 15 minutes (Jog till wheezing like an OAP then Walk, repeat and call me in a week)

0540 Cig 2

0600 - Breakfast -
  • 3 Crumpets, toasted with a little Flora Light Spread and Marmite
  • 1 Glass of Orange Juice
0615 - Cig 3

0635 - Cup of Coffee (1)(1 sugar, Semi-Skimmed Milk)

0705 Cig 4

0725 - Cup of Coffee (2)(1 sugar, Sami-Skimmed Milk)

0740 - Cig 5

0815 - Cig 6

0820 - Shower

0855 - Cig 7

0935 - Cig 8

0945 - Cup of Lemon Green Tea (No sugar or Sweetener)

0950 - 1 Set (12) Press Ups, 1 Set (12) Sit Ups and 1 Set (12) Kneeling Press Ups

1045 - Cup of Tea (1 sugar, Semi-Skimmed Milk) and a Morrison's Bakery Blueberry Muffin.

1115 - Cig 9

1130 - Cig 10

1155 - Out to look around town (Cig 11)

1300 - Cig 12

1345 - Lunch -
  • 1 Medium sized Ham Salad Baguette 
  • 1 Banana and Pecan Muffin
  • 1 Latte (1 Sugar)(3)
1440 - 1 Can of Original Nourishment (Cig 13)

1515 - Cig 14

1700 - Cig 15

1800 - Cig 16

2005 - Cig 17

2055 - Cup of Coffee (4)(1 sugar, Semi-Skimmed Milk) (Cig 18) (Only drank half)

2135 - Cig19

2140 - Cup of Coffee (5)(1 sugar, Semi-Skimmed Milk)

2200 - Cig 20

2210 - Dinner/Supper -
  • Salad and low fat Cottage Cheese Sandwich on Wholemeal Bread with a little Flora Light Spread
  • Rest of the bag of salad with a little Italian Style Dressing
2230 - Cig 21

2245 - 1 bag (57g) of Wild West Beef Jerky.

2315 - Cig 22


Feeling -

Yep, not bad. Seem to be a slight increase in cigarettes today but that could just be boredom lol. Also had a few more coffee's today through sheer tiredness and not wanting to nap.
I also ate really late which is why I only really had a snack but I must start eating earlier.
