- 3 Crumpets, toasted with a little Flora Light Spread and Marmite

0635 - Cup of Coffee (1)(1 sugar, Semi-Skimmed Milk)

- Salad and low fat Cottage Cheese Sandwich on Wholemeal Bread with a little Flora Light Spread
- Rest of the bag of salad with a little Italian Style Dressing
2245 - 1 bag (57g) of Wild West Beef Jerky.

Feeling -
Yep, not bad. Seem to be a slight increase in cigarettes today but that could just be boredom lol. Also had a few more coffee's today through sheer tiredness and not wanting to nap.
I also ate really late which is why I only really had a snack but I must start eating earlier.
