1240 - Cig 6 Off out to town

1440 - Cup of Coffee (2)(1 sugar, Semi-Skimmed Milk)

1630 - Cup of Berry Tea (no sugar)

- Home-Made Lasagne (approx 350g)
- 1 Pack of Steam Fresh Vegetables

- 2 Crumpets with a little Flora Light and Marmite
- 1 small Kabanoss Sausage
- 4 tsp of Low fat Cottage Cheese
- 1 Blueberry Muffin

Feeling -
Been feeling a little poorly today, kind of sick :( so I've skipped the exercises and jogging because I didn't want to risk making it worse. Also missed most of today's meals but felt better towards the evening so had dinner and a snack/supper later on. Spoke to my lovely girlfriend about stopping smoking and we've decided that I should try a little further into my fitness/weight loss plan because it can apparently increase your appetite (my girlfriend gave up smoking recently so the voice of reason) which would be disastrous for me at the moment lol. So I'll continue to cut them down and give up altogether when I reach about 12st I think.
