0520 - Jogging for 15 minutes (Jogging till panting like a porn star then walking, repeat etc)
0535 - Small Bottle of Water (500ml)
0600 -Breakfast -
- 1 Glass of Orange Juice (fresh)
- 2 Weetabix with Semi-Skimmed Milk
- 1 Slice Wholemeal Bread, toasted with a little Flora Light Spread and Marmite
- 1 Banana
0625 - Cup of Coffee (1 Sugar,Semi Skimmed Milk) (Cig 2)
0750 - Cig 3
0855 - Cup of Coffee (2) (1 Sugar, Semi-Skimmed Milk)
0900 - Cig 4
0955 - Cig 5
1025 - Cig 6
1050 - Shower
1115 - Cup of Coffee (3) (1 Sugar, Semi-Skimmed Milk)
1135 - Cig 7
1215 - Lunch -
- Box of Salad with a little oil free Honey Mustard Dressing
- Ham Sandwich made with 2 slices wholemeal bread, a little Flora Light and a little Mustard
- 1 Low fat Fruit Yoghurt
1330 - Trip to Kirkcaldy (approx 6 cigarettes total up to 14)
1600 - Dinner -
- Bowl of Leek and Potato soup with 1 white roll, tiny amount of butter.
- 1 Wild Boar and Apple Burger with Salad, no sauce and no dressing
- 2 Pints of Carling Larger
2045 - Cig 15
2115 - 1 cup of nettle and sweet fennel tea (1 Canderel)
2130 - Cig 16
2200 - Cig 17
2230 - Jam Tart
2245 - 1 Small Bag of Caramel Snack A Jacks
2300 - 1/2 a bag of Twiglets (slight fuck up)
2330 - Cig 18
0245 - Woken Up (inexplicably) (Cig 19)
Feeling -
Well today would be what I class as a bad day, started well but sort of tapered off into obscurity. The bar meal in Kirkcaldy didn't really help with the two pints of Carling and also because I tried to pick healthier options but I don't really think they were (the soup seemed to have cream in it and the Wild Boar burger was quite greasy.
In the evening I didn't manage to get to bed until quite late and then got serious munchies hence the 1/2 bag of Twiglets which ain't the best things to munch on but certainly not the worst either.
